Pick Bug, Suggestion, or Feedback, fill the form, and click Submit. GitHub opens with the report filled in so it can be logged. Sign in to GitHub if asked, then confirm the issue. Do not include session ids, passwords, or production record dumps.

Copy Between Orgs: say source vs destination org, and whether you used Switch Org.
